Champions Champion a Good CauseJack Dempsey, former heavyweight boxing champion and Everette Marshall, former heavyweight wrestling champion, joined forces with the Koshare Indian Boy Scouts in La Junta this week to gather old aluminum in behalf of the present nation-wide drive. Dempsey and Marshall are shown here adding their contribution to the receiving bin while Jimmy Price, right and Bob Horton bring on additional donations. The "Champ" visited at the ranch home of Everette Marshall while in La Junta, and officiated at a wrestling program held here. |
